Off Highway 23/74, take Sylva exit #83
Follow road to traffic light at railroad tracks. Go through that traffic light to second light. Second light will be Main Street (Downtown Sylva). Turn left on to Main Street.

Highway 74 E/19 N for approximately 60 miles. Off Highway 74, take Sylva exit #83
